3D Touch Was Intentionally Removed By Apple In iOS 11
Contrary to some reports that 3D Touch was broken in the iOS 11 beta for developers, Apple has released a statement that the feature was intentionally removed and no further explanation as to why this feature was removed.
Initially introduced alongside iPhone 6S, 3D Touch provides users with a set of more options based on how much they press the screen. Lightly pressing on a specific app will open up a different set of options with which the user can interact quickly. 3D Touch is also available in apps such as a drawing app as shown in the picture above.
