Amazon Is Developing Its Own Messaging App To Compete With Messenger And Company

Sources on the internet report that Amazon is going to join the Social Network market with its own messaging app called Anytime and it will compete with Messenger, WhatsApp, and the likes. It is expected that you only need a user name and you will be good to go, no need to link your phone numbers to the app.

In order to talk to someone, you only need to mention their name using @username and a conversation will be started. Photos and other content will be shared in a similar fashion. The chats can be color coded to identify important users and there are possibilities of other functions as well food ordering and so on.

Amazon hasn't commented on the news story yet but it originates from the all reliable TechCrunch so there might be a solid possibility that this messaging app will soon become a reality.
