Apple gears up launching its own Search Engine
Apple gear up to end Google’s Search Engine dominance in the market. Apple is reportedly developing a search engine of its own that will power its devices. Reportedly, Google pays Apple approximately $10 Billion yearly for its search engine; according to some reports, this amount is nearly 20 percent of Apple’s yearly revenue, but Apple might not be needing that money because it’s the most valuable company in the world currently. Apple is heavily investing in this project. Apple also recently updated the Applebot web crawler page as well. Google has been a default search engine for Apple’s devices for more than a decade.
The latest iOS 14 version has started showing its own search results and direct links to websites when users input search queries. It’s currently unclear how Apple will launch its search engine, whether it will be a web or mobile app or a mobile device feature.
